FEP Effects

Description of FEP Effects

Fluvial incision (change in style from braided to meandering), denudation rate decrease, increased landscape stability and vegetation colonisation; baseline for landscape activity rises. Permafrost thawing (if applicable) will have significant consequences in terms of infiltration and flow patterns. Increased infiltration and aquifer recharge; changes in groundwater flow and porewater chemistry.
