JANIS (Java-based nuclear information software) is a display program designed to facilitate the visualisation and manipulation of nuclear data. Its objective is to allow the user of nuclear data to access numerical values and graphical representations without prior knowledge of the storage format. It offers maximum flexibility for the comparison of different nuclear data sets.
The DVD contains the JANIS software and ENDF formatted libraries (BROND-2.2, CENDL-3.1, EAF-2007, ENDFB-VI.8, ENDFB-VII.0, FENDL-2.1, IRDF-2002, JEF-2.2, JEFF-3.1, JEFF-3.1.1, JENDL-3.3 and JENDL-4, PADF-2007, RUSFOND-2010 and TENDL-2009, processed at 300K), NUBASE-97 and NUBASE-2003, the CINDA bibliographical database and the EXFOR experimental reaction database. The DVD was generated in June 2010.
Release 3.2 introduce new functionalities: display of ENDF covariance data, COVFILS and BOXER formats (output of NJOY modules ERRORR and COVR), bugs corrections and improved ergonomy.
