3. DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM OR FUNCTION

This code can be used to calculate the (n,2n) and (n,3n) cross section in energy region from  threshold to about 25MeV with the systematics parameters which well  reproduce the experiment in the mass region of 23<=A<=238 (especially of 45<=A<=197). The parameterized formulas for fitting measured data and getting local parameters are based on the constant temperature evaporation model and the exciton model under some approximations.

5. RESTRICTIONS ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROBLEM:  The number of energy points should be less than 200.

6. TYPICAL RUNNING TIME

It takes about 3 seconds for calculating 100 energy points for one nuclide.

7. UNUSUAL FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM

1) Because preequilibrium emissions are taken into account, it can    be used in the energy region up to 25MeV.
2) The systematics parameters were established on the basis of    experimental data up to 1984.
