A collection of chemical nuclear data obtained by nuclear and radiochemical techniques. The library consists of four files of evaluated data:

(i)    fission product yields
(ii)   fission product  decay  data, excluding delayed neutron data
(iii)  activation product decay data
(iv)   heavy element decay data.

The first three of these files are in ENDF/B-IV format. For the heavy element decay data ENDF/B-V has been used to permit inclusion  of spontaneous fission half-lives, nu values and prompt gamma and neutron spectra.
