Participants may book a room in the Mercure Hotel in Massy. This hotel is located near (500 m) the RER B and C station of Massy-Palaiseau [link to the ORLY airport (RER B and ORLYVAL), link to ROISSY Charles de Gaule airport (RER B) or for an escapade to Paris (RER B or C)], and near the TGV station of Massy TGV.
Twenty single rooms have been pre-booked at a preferential rate in the Massy Mercure Hotel and will be held until 31 July 2014. In order to book a room in this hotel, a booking form needs to be filled out and sent back by email or by fax to the hotel Mercure.

Free transportation will link the Massy Mercure Hotel to the workshop site at 8:30 and then back to the hotel at 18:30. People staying in Paris are advised to take RER B or C to the Massy RER station and meet at the Mercure Hotel around 8:20.
