Description

The NEA study on the “Adequacy of Funding Arrangements for Decommissioning and Radioactive Waste Management” is a part of the Programme of Work of the Division of Nuclear Technology Development and Economics. It is overseen by the Working Party on Nuclear Energy Economics (WPNE) and the Nuclear Development Committee (NDC).

This concluding virtual workshop provides an opportunity to discuss the study's three main parts -

1. Broad conceptual framework on adequacy of funding arrangements

2. Twelve country case studies (prepared in collaboration with NEA Member countries)

3. General Best Policy Guidelines
