The key objective of this joint RF/IGSC workshop was to identify, and exchange experience on, the current and future challenges faced by implementers and regulators when preparing for their application of a construction license of a geological repository. The workshop was held at the NEA offices in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France on 25-27 January 2012.
