NEA work on this topic

The goal of the NEA in this area is to assist member countries in their efforts to enhance focus on the human aspects of nuclear safety. This is achieved by improving the understanding and the technical basis for treating elements associated with safety culture, human and organisational factors, and personnel training policies and practices. It also includes public communication and stakeholder engagement regarding nuclear safety, waste management and related issues.
