COMMENT    The   isomeric   yield  ratio   theta  =  Y(M)/Y(N)  =

            was obtained using photoneutron yield Y(N) calculated 
            from the known photoneutron  reaction  cross  section 
            data because 56-Ba-137-g ground state is stable.
