Each directory consists of a readme.txt file for description,
source neutron spectrum data, energy boundary data and measured
spectrum data.
LQ-N and LQ-O require a different model, because of liquid nytrogen container.
Neutron detecting efficiency of 2"x2" NE213 is given in EFF.txt.
