3. DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM OR FUNCTION

TRANS-ACE has been developed for safety evaluation of the cell-ventilation system of reprocessing plants under postulated fire or explosion accident conditions. The code calculates pressure, temperature, material transport, and radioactive material release through the high efficiency air filter  (HEPA filter).
