3. DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM OR FUNCTION

Calculates from neutron cross section data in one of the standard UK Nuclear Data Library formats  the following cross sections:
1.  Cross sections at 25.2991 MeV (2200 m/sec).
2.  Thermal averages, over a Maxwellian spectrum at T degrees K.
3.  Epithermal integrals, over a 1/E neutron flux distribution.
4.  Fission spectrum averages.
5.  Cross sections at 14.04 MeV.

4. METHOD OF SOLUTION

1. The thermal average cross sections are given in Westcott's  Convention, except for total and elastic scatter for which     simpled Maxwellian averages are used.

2. Epithermal integral cross sections are conventional resonance  integrals except for elastic scatter for which the resonance     integral is divided by the lethargy interval.

3. A fission spectrum of Walt-Cranberg form and mean energy 2.0159     MeV is used.

The ranges of integration for cross-section averaging is as follows  (in MeV):
Thermal average:          1.0E-11 to 1.01196E-6
Epithermal average:       5.5E-7 to 2.0 E+0
Fission spectrum average: 1.0E-3 to 2.0E+1
