3. NATURE OF PHYSICAL PROBLEM SOLVED

Calculates elastic and inelastic  scattering cross sections and any kind of reaction cross sections involving absorption and emission of neutrons, protons, deuterons and alpha particles. Polarization is also calculated.

Local and non-local spherical optical models and Hauser-Feshbach method with and without fluctuation corrections in the compound nuclear process.

5. RESTRICTIONS ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROBLEM

Maximum number of discrete levels is 30 and of angular points is 37.

6. TYPICAL RUNNING TIME

Less than 0.1 sec. In case of automatic parameter search or non-local optical model calculations, higher running times are to be expected.
