3. DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM OR FUNCTION

WILMA has been written as a multitask program to facilitate maintenance of the WIMS nuclear data library. It is an entirely variable-dimensioned code and rigorously  divided into independent links, each corresponding to a different option.

5. RESTRICTIONS ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROBLEM

At the date of writing (July 1979), not all the planned options were ready. The main deficiency of WILMA to date is that the option for modifying cross-section data is non-existent, although by a laborious detour one can modify data if necessary. It is hoped that this shortcoming  will be remedied in the future.

6. TYPICAL RUNNING TIME

Execution of all sample cases took less than  four seconds.

NEA-DB ran the three test cases included in this package on an IBM 3090 computer in less than 6 seconds of CPU time.

7. UNUSUAL FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM

There are ten options which determine the action to be taken: START, CREATE, PRINT, PRINT CARDS, PUNCH, DELETE, ADD, MODIFY, CONDENSE and END.
The first and the last actions of this list are necessary in every run of the program.
