3. DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM OR FUNCTION

- X4TOC4: Translates experimental neutron cross section data from the EXFOR format to a computation format.
- PLOTC4: Plots evaluated neutron cross section data from the ENDF/B ormat and/or experimental data from a computation format.

4. METHOD OF SOLUTION

The computation format is point oriented (as opposed to the table oriented EXFOR format). It uses a classification system and units which are compatible with ENDF/B.

5. RESTRICTIONS ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROBLEM:  Up to 100 ZA/MF/MT ranges can be specified to select data.
