The workshop was held 12-14 October 2010. 

While there was no registration fee, workshop participation was limited and pre-registration was required. The deadline for registration was 1 September.

Participants were responsible for their own travel, accommodation and meals. Information on visa requirements for visitors to the United States (including deadlines for obtaining visas) can be found on the US Department of State website. Registered participants requiring invitations had to contact the workshop organisers listed below.

A block of rooms had been reserved for participants wishing to stay at the meeting hotel at a reduced rate of $199 (US) / night, subject to availability.

These can be modified but participants intending to arrive before 11 October or leave after 14 October should to enquire if the reduced rate can be extended, subject to availability. The group code shown on the form (“slcslca”) should not be changed.

In all cases, the cut-off date for reservations at the reduced rate was 20 September 2010.
