Download Java Runtime Environment (JRE) (Approximate download size : 16 MB). The latest version is 1.6 (named "JRE 6 Update 20", "6u20"). If you have already a 1.5 or 1.6 Java machine installed you can keep it, if you have an older one you are advised to upgrade it as it will improve speed, integration and also correct some bugs.
Where can I find Java Web Start?
Java Web Start is part of the Java Runtime Environment (see above) and comes with the installation of Java. If you have an old version of Java the Web Start application was maybe not included, you are advised to upgrade your Java installation in that case.
How do I enable JavaScript in my Web browser?
This describes how to enable JavaScript on Netscape and Internet Explorer. If you use other Web browsers, please refer to the manual.
Enable JavaScript in Netscape:
1, Open the 'Edit' menu and choose 'Preferences'.
2, Under the 'Advanced' category, click 'Scripts & Plugins'. (If no subcategories are visible, double-click 'Advanced' to expand the list.).
3, In the 'Enable JavaScript for' panel, select the 'Navigator' checkbox.Enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:
1, Open the 'Tools' menu and choose 'Internet Options'.
2, Under the 'Security' category, click 'Custom Level...'.
3, Go to 'Scripting' and enable 'Active scripting'.
